Nicolas Christopher Henry Browne-Wilkinson, Baron Browne-Wilkinson, PC ( born 30 March 1930 ) is a former Senior Lord of Appeal in Ordinary in the United Kingdom and former Head of the Privy Council and Vice-Chancellor of the High Court.

He became Vice-Chancellor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales ( now the Senior Courts ) between 1991 – 94, before his appointment to a Lord of Appeal in Ordinary and elevation to a life peer as Baron Nicholls of Birkenhead, of Stoke d ' Abernon in the County of Surrey.

Before 1 October 2009, his title was Senior Lord of Appeal in Ordinary.
