The new campus center, designed by Rem Koolhaas, and a new state-of-the-art residence hall designed by Helmut Jahn, State Street Village, opened in 2003.

The camp includes a large swimming pool designed specifically for Cubs, dining hall, Pirate Ship, Old West Fort, Gold Mine Indian Village and a stocked trout pond for fishing.

The town hall is located in the Village of Baltic, and was constructed in the 1950s.

On July 6, 1972, Leonard Rauch gave Jersey Village a city hall building ; as of 2008 the building is used for the fire department and public works departments.
