The building on Lawrence Hill which was an annex to the North West Institute of Further and Higher Education ( the Tech ) and previous to that the property of Foyle and Londonderry College is now revamped and belongs to Ulster University-Magee College campus and extends backwards into surrounding hillside up to the rest of the Magee College campus situated on Duncreggan Road, Northland Road and overlooks the River Foyle and Derry City Council's building across the Strand Road leading around to the newly opened Peace Bridge which spans the river from the West bank to the Waterside.
