According to Syed Maududi's commentary, the Surah takes its name from verse 25 in which the word Al-Qasas occurs.

Then the Surah says that every community or people that will come on earth will think that they are better than those before and thus better the examples cited above, but in fact those who will not believe in God, or got misled by Satan from the right path will have the same punishment, Hell.

The first translation of the Qur ' an was performed by Salman the Persian, who translated Surah al-Fatihah into the Persian language during the early 8th century.

By reciting " The Opening ", the first Surah ( chapter ) of the Qur ' an, as required in all daily worship, the worshipper can stand before God, thank and praise Him, and to ask for guidance along the Straight Path.

But ( as explained by Sayyid Abul Ala Maududi in his Tafhim-ul-Quran under the Introduction to Surah Al-Ikhlas ), when it is said about a certain Surah or verse that it was revealed on this or that particular occasion, it does not necessarily mean that it was revealed for the first time on that very occasion.

The first Surah that was revealed was Surah Al-Alaq ( in arabic ) " العلق " which is also commonly referred to as Surah Iqra ( In arabic ) " اقرأ ". During the first revelation the first 5 verses of this surah, chapter, were revealed. The first word of the revelation, ' Ikra ' meaning ' read ' is significant as the Holy Prophet could not read. The verses spoken by the angel Gabriel were imprinted in the heart of the Holy Prophet ( Sal ). The command ' read ' thus remains a foremost command addressed to every Muslim and this points to the importance of reading, learning, knowledge ... in Islam.

The first eleven verses of this Surah hence mention the desired qualities of the believers, they are blessed and will attain victory.

The first quality as described in verse 2 of this Surah is, " Those who are humble in their prayers "; the Arabic word used to describe the people is ' Khashi ' oon ' meaning those who possess ' Al-Khushoo '.

The Mekkan verse in Surah al-Rum was the first to be revealed on the topic:

The reason being Allah declaring He Himself is relating what needs to be verified in another verse of Surah Al-Kahf ( 18: 13 )

The Quranic rendering of this story doesn't show exactly the number of sleepers Surah 18, verse 22.

In the translation of the meanings of the Qurn in Surah 33 entitled Al-Ahzab ( The Confederates ), ayah ( verse ) 56:

) The other opinion is illustrated by the addition of the comment "( in war )" by Abdullah Yusuf Ali in his translation of the meaning of the Holy Qur ' an, for verse 41 of Surah al-Anfaal ( 8 ):

Rather it sometimes so happened that a Surah or a verse had previously been revealed, then on the occurrence or appearance of a particular incident or situation, Muhammed's attention was drawn to it by Allah for the second time, or even again and again.

Regarding them as connected exclusively with the incident of magic is difficult, for to this incident related only one verse ( v. 4 ), the remaining verses of Surah al Falaq and the whole of Surah An-Nas have nothing to do with it directly.

Surah Al-Kahf also mentions the winds ( related to the word for spirit, verse 45 ).

Regarding the verse 8 from Surah Al-Mu ’ minoon, Tafsir ibn Kathir says " When they ( the Believers ) are entrusted with something, they do not betray that trust, but they fulfill it, and when they make a promise or make a pledge, they are true to their word.

The reference to iron is in verse 25 of this Surah, which states: "... We sent down Iron, in which is ( material for ) mighty power, as well as many benefits for mankind ...".

Tabari quotes a number of Tabi ' een, who state the verse from Surah al-Rum refers to a gift whereas al-Jawzi quotes Hasan al-Basri as stating it refers to riba.

Surah Aal ‘ Imran Chapter 3 verse 45

The appropriate punishment for adultery committed by a married man or married woman with someone who is not legal to him / her and there is a confession from either the adulterer / adulteress or the confession of testimony of four witnesses ( as prescribed by the Quran in Surah an-Nur verse 4 ).
