The satires are called Silloi by late writers, and this name may go back to Xenophanes himself, but it may originate in the fact that Timon of Phlius, the " sillographer " ( 3rd century BC ), put much of his own satire upon philosophers into the mouth of Xenophanes.

Alcibiades, Apemantus, and three bandits are able to find Timon before Flavius does.

Hercules ' friends and allies are his main sidekick, Newton ; the helpful boy centaur who has a bothersome habit of repeating himself every time he speaks ; Helena, Hercules ' girlfriend ; Prince ( later King ) Dorian of Caledon ; Tewt, a small satyr who " speaks " only by playing his panpipes ; Timon, a young human from Caledon and Pegasus, Hercules ' winged steed.

They are eventually caught in the wildebeest stampede that takes the life of Mufasa, but survive, and find a vast jungle which they decide to make their home, Timon learning of Pumbaa's own philosophy of Hakuna Matata, embracing it to his fullest.

In the film Timon and Pumbaa from The Lion King are chopping down trees and clogging up rivers to build the Hakuna Matata Lakeside Village.

He asks what they are planning and Timon replies to him that they are building a non-ecological resort called Hakuna Matata Lakeside Village.

This is true of Pryce's Timon in the television version mentioned above, whose plate is explicitly shown as being perpetually unsoiled by food, and he tends to be meek and modest.

As an adolescent lion, he has beaten Timon in every kind of bug eating contest, along with a snail slurping contest that is shown.
