Julian Wyatt Glover ( born 27 March 1935 ) is an English actor best known for such roles as General Maximilian Veers in Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, the Bond villain Aristotle Kristatos in For Your Eyes Only, Walter Donovan in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Brian Harcourt-Smith in The Fourth Protocol, and more recently as Grand Maester Pycelle in Game of Thrones.

Since 2011 he portrays the character of Grand Maester Pycelle in HBO's Game of Thrones, the TV adaptation of the first volume of George R. R.
