::( b ) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources ;

::( c ) Any form of population transfer which has the aim or effect of violating or undermining any of their rights ;

::( d ) Any form of assimilation or integration by other cultures or ways of life imposed on them by legislative, administrative or other measures ;

::( e ) Any form of propaganda directed against them.

::( j ) ( 1 ) Any person who looks through a hole or opening, into, or otherwise views, by means of any instrumentality, including, but not limited to, a periscope, telescope, binoculars, camera, motion picture camera, or camcorder, the interior of a bedroom, bathroom, changing room, fitting room, dressing room, or tanning booth, or the interior of any other area in which the occupant has a reasonable expectation of privacy, with the intent to invade the privacy of a person or persons inside.

::( 1 ) Any security issued in a master trust structure would meet the definition of " asset-backed security " without limitation.

::( e ) the person cannot receive adequate treatment for the mental illness in a manner less restrictive of that person's freedom of decision and action.

::( 1 ) In this Act " terrorism " means the use or threat of action where -

::( 3 ) The use or threat of action falling within subsection ( 2 ) which involves the use of firearms or explosives is terrorism whether or not subsection ( 1 )( b ) is satisfied.

::( a ) Impose on the undertakings concerned restrictions which are not indispensable to the attainment of these objectives

::( 3 ) The taking of the oath of office by an individual specified in the list in paragraph ( 1 ) of this subsection shall be held to constitute his resignation from the office by virtue of the holding of which he qualifies to act as President.

::( 3 ) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.

::( 2 ) makes or uses any utterance, gesture, display or abusive language which is intended and plainly likely to provoke violent retaliation and thereby causes a breach of the peace.

::( a ) the Canada Act 1982 ( which includes the Constitution Act, 1982 in Schedule B ),

::( c ) any amendments which may have been made to any of the instruments in the first two categories.

::( e ) having been convicted of an offence by a court of law in Singapore or Malaysia and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less than one year or to a fine of not less than S $ 2, 000 and having not received a free pardon, provided that where the conviction is by a court of law in Malaysia, the person shall not be disqualified unless the offence is also one which, had it been committed in Singapore, would have been punishable by a court of law in Singapore ;

::( a ) Self-destruction as a result of a thermonuclear catastrophe or some other discovery which may have unpredictable and uncontrollable consequences.

::( d ) Restricted capacity of the individual's brain which can lead to excessive specialization, with consequent dangers of degeneration.

::( 1 ) of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent is implied by law ;

::( a ) any knife which has a blade which opens automatically by hand pressure applied to a button, spring or other device in or attached to the handle of the knife, sometimes known as a " flick knife " or " flick gun "; or

::( b ) any knife which has a blade which is released from the handle or sheath thereof by the force of gravity or the application of centrifugal force and which, when released, is locked in place by means of a button, spring, lever, or other device, sometimes known as a " gravity knife ",

::( l ) allocation and division of territories, restricting each licensee to a specified country or group of countries for the construction and operation of float glass plants generally corresponding to the territory in which the respective licensee previously manufactured flat glass ;

::( 2 ) research in which a human embryo or embryos are destroyed, discarded, or knowingly subjected to risk of injury or death greater than that allowed for research on fetuses in utero under 45 CFR 46. 208 ( a )( 2 ) and Section 498 ( b ) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U. S. C.

::( 2 ) " asset-backed securities " will also include securities with a prefunding period of up to one year during which up to 50 % of the offering proceeds ( or, in the case of master trusts, up to 50 % of the aggregate principal balance of the total asset pool whose cash flows support the ABS ) may be used for subsequent purchases of pool assets.

::( 3 ) The new rules also include within the definition of " asset-backed security " securities with revolving periods during which new financial assets may be acquired.

::( d ) the person has refused or is unable to consent to the necessary treatment for the mental illness ; and

::( b ) diabetes has been held to facilitate a defence of insanity when it causes hyperglycemia, but not when it causes hypoglycemia.

::( c ) Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights, imported into English law by the Human Rights Act 1998 provides that a person of unsound mind may only be detained where proper account of objective medical expertise has been taken.

::( B ) misdemeanor if the individual has been convicted of

::( 1985 ) Retains the fire control system of the original Centurion, but has a hand-held laser rangefinder for the commander and image-intensifier for the gunner.

::( d ) the electronic signature can be linked with an electronic document in such a way that it can be used to determine whether the electronic document has been changed since the electronic signature was incorporated in, attached to or associated with the electronic document.

::( 1 ) who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year:.

::( c ) he is disabled-and ' family ', in relation to such a child, includes any person who has parental responsibility for the child and any other person with whom he has been living.

::( f ) Who is found in any public place under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, controlled substance, toluene, or any combination of any intoxicating liquor, drug, controlled substance, or toluene, in a condition that they are unable to exercise care for their own safety or the safety of others, or by reason of their being under the influence of intoxicating liquor, any drug, controlled substance, toluene, or any combination of any intoxicating liquor, drug, or toluene, interferes with or obstructs or prevents the free use of any street, sidewalk, or other public way.

::( a ) to safeguard and promote the welfare of children within their area who are in need ; and

::( b ) so far as is consistent with that duty, to promote the upbringing of such children by their families-by providing a range and level of services appropriate to those children's needs.

::( b ) may make such arrangements as they see fit for any person to act on their behalf in the provision of any such service.

::( i ) failure to disclose or properly account for financial transactions undertaken by employee or employer organisations or their representatives or associates ; or

::( d ) to point out, with a view to their removal, any matters producing or having a tendency to produce feelings of ill-will and enmity between different races or classes of the population of Singapore,
