::( d ) the person has refused or is unable to consent to the necessary treatment for the mental illness ; and

::( d ) levies war, or does any act preparatory to levying war, against the Commonwealth ; or

::( d ) Any form of assimilation or integration by other cultures or ways of life imposed on them by legislative, administrative or other measures ;

::( d ) negatives a defense under the statute of limitations ; or

::( d ) to protect property belonging to another from.

::( d ) having been nominated for election to Parliament or the office of President or having acted as election agent to a person so nominated, failing to lodge any return of election expenses required by law within the time and in the manner so required ;

::( d ) Restricted capacity of the individual's brain which can lead to excessive specialization, with consequent dangers of degeneration.

::( d ) Who loiters in or about any toilet open to the public for the purpose of engaging in or soliciting any lewd or lascivious or any unlawful act.

::( d ) Impactfullness.

::( d ) If the settlor is also a beneficiary of the trust, a provision restraining the voluntary or involuntary transfer of his beneficial interest does not prevent his creditors from satisfying claims from his interest in the trust estate.

::( a ) even though a legal definition suffices, mandatory hospitalisation can be ordered in cases of murder ; if the defendant is not medically insane, there is little point in requiring medical treatment.

::( c ) the technology or process can be used to identify the person using the technology or process ; and

::( ii ) it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the same result as that achieved by means of the element as expressed in the claim can be achieved by means of the equivalent element.

::( a ) that communication can proceed between two individuals only on the basis of a consensus ( usually implicit ) regarding the validity claims raised by the speech acts they exchange ;

::( a ) the person appears to be mentally ill ; and

::( c ) because of the person's mental illness, the person should be admitted and detained for treatment as an involuntary patient for his or her health or safety ( whether to prevent a deterioration in the person's physical or mental condition or otherwise ) or for the protection of members of the public ; and

::( c ) Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights, imported into English law by the Human Rights Act 1998 provides that a person of unsound mind may only be detained where proper account of objective medical expertise has been taken.

::( a ) shall not be bound in law to infer that he intended or foresaw a result of his actions by reasons only of its being a natural and probable consequence of those actions ; but

::( 3 ) The taking of the oath of office by an individual specified in the list in paragraph ( 1 ) of this subsection shall be held to constitute his resignation from the office by virtue of the holding of which he qualifies to act as President.
