::( a ) is included in the description of the forbidden conduct in the definition of the offense ; or

::( 1 ) Any security issued in a master trust structure would meet the definition of " asset-backed security " without limitation.

::( 3 ) The new rules also include within the definition of " asset-backed security " securities with revolving periods during which new financial assets may be acquired.

::( b ) the person's mental illness requires immediate treatment and that treatment can be obtained by admission to and detention in an approved mental health service ; and

::( d ) Restricted capacity of the individual's brain which can lead to excessive specialization, with consequent dangers of degeneration.

::( c ) the technology or process can be used to identify the person using the technology or process ; and

::( d ) the electronic signature can be linked with an electronic document in such a way that it can be used to determine whether the electronic document has been changed since the electronic signature was incorporated in, attached to or associated with the electronic document.

::( ii ) it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that the same result as that achieved by means of the element as expressed in the claim can be achieved by means of the equivalent element.

::( a ) that communication can proceed between two individuals only on the basis of a consensus ( usually implicit ) regarding the validity claims raised by the speech acts they exchange ;

::( a ) the person appears to be mentally ill ; and

::( c ) because of the person's mental illness, the person should be admitted and detained for treatment as an involuntary patient for his or her health or safety ( whether to prevent a deterioration in the person's physical or mental condition or otherwise ) or for the protection of members of the public ; and

::( c ) Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights, imported into English law by the Human Rights Act 1998 provides that a person of unsound mind may only be detained where proper account of objective medical expertise has been taken.

::( a ) shall not be bound in law to infer that he intended or foresaw a result of his actions by reasons only of its being a natural and probable consequence of those actions ; but

::( 3 ) The taking of the oath of office by an individual specified in the list in paragraph ( 1 ) of this subsection shall be held to constitute his resignation from the office by virtue of the holding of which he qualifies to act as President.

::( C ) the governmental organization sought to be compelled is the Government of the United States.

::( a ) subjective where the court must be satisfied that the accused actually had the requisite mental element present in his or her mind at the relevant time ( see concurrence );

::( a ) they are to be of the greatest benefit of the least-advantaged members of society, consistent with the just savings principle ( the difference principle ).

::( b ) offices and positions must be open to everyone under conditions of fair equality of opportunity

::( a ) being and having been found or declared to be of unsound mind ;

::( 2 ) Vehicular homicide is a class A felony punishable under chapter 9A. 20 RCW, except that, for a conviction under subsection ( 1 )( a ) of this section, an additional two years shall be added to the sentence for each prior offence as defined in RCW 46. 61. 5055.

::( 2 ) Every female person who, being pregnant, with intent to procure her own miscarriage, uses any means or permits any means to be used for the purpose of carrying out her intention is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

::( 2 ) " asset-backed securities " will also include securities with a prefunding period of up to one year during which up to 50 % of the offering proceeds ( or, in the case of master trusts, up to 50 % of the aggregate principal balance of the total asset pool whose cash flows support the ABS ) may be used for subsequent purchases of pool assets.

::( a ) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities ;

::( b ) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources ;

::( c ) Any form of population transfer which has the aim or effect of violating or undermining any of their rights ;

::( d ) Any form of assimilation or integration by other cultures or ways of life imposed on them by legislative, administrative or other measures ;

::( 1 ) if his discharge of the powers and duties of the office is founded in whole or in part on the failure of both the President-elect and the Vice-President-elect to qualify, then he shall act only until a President or Vice President qualifies ; and

::( 1 ) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny ;

::( 2 ) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition ;

::( A ) the offender or the person seized or detained is a national of the United States ;

::( B ) the offender is found in the United States ; or

::( A ) felony ; or

::( i ) A non-commissioned officer of the Army or the Air Force attached to the Navy ; and
