Everlast is an American brand active in the design, manufacturing, licensing and marketing of boxing, mixed martial arts and fitness related sporting goods equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories.

Everlast transformed into a small retail store that carried a full line of sports equipment, best known as the major supplier of boxing equipment.

In 1917, the young Jack Dempsey called on Everlast for specialized boxing equipment, resulting in the development of the brand's first boxing headgear that would last more than 15 rounds of intensive training.

Everlast evolved into the preeminent brand in the world of boxing and among the most recognized brands in the overall sporting goods and apparel industries.

In 2000, Active Apparel Group acquired the Everlast brand and boxing equipment.

Everlast produces a large quantity of boxing and MMA gloves for all types of training.

Everlast products are used in amateur and professional boxing contests as well as in boxing and MMA gyms and training camps.

Erik Francis Schrody ( born August 18, 1969 in Valley Stream, New York ), better known by his stage name Everlast, is an American rapper and songwriter, known for his solo hit " What It's Like " and as the front-man for rap group House of Pain.

House of Pain is an American hip hop group who released three albums in the 1990s before lead rapper Everlast left to pursue his solo career again.

Everlast teamed up with DJ Lethal and high school friend Danny Boy to form House of Pain.

On the release date of the album, Everlast announced his departure from the group.

Everlast achieved multi-platinum solo fame in 1998 with his album Whitey Ford Sings the Blues.

In 2000, a feud between Everlast and rapper Eminem coincided with the gold-selling Eat at Whitey's, which included minor hits " Black Jesus " and " Black Coffee ", and featured a collaboration with Carlos Santana.

After the sale of the Tommy Boy Records ' master tapes to Warner Bros. Records, Everlast signed with Island / Def Jam, and released the solo LP White Trash Beautiful in 2004.
