Deerfield is primarily drained by the Lamprey and North Branch rivers, within the Piscataqua River ( Coastal ) watershed, while the western edge and northernmost section of town is in the Merrimack River watershed.

The Royal Navy regained its own air service in 1937, when the Fleet Air Arm of the Royal Air Force ( covering carrier borne aircraft, but not the seaplanes and maritime reconnaissance aircraft of Coastal Command ) was returned to Admiralty control and renamed the Naval Air Branch.

The Trans – West African Coastal Highway crosses Guinea, connecting it to Bissau ( Guinea-Bissau ), and when construction in Sierra Leone and Liberia is complete, to a total of 13 other nations of the Economic Community of West African States ( ECOWAS ).

Mirza Ghazi Beg, the Mughal administrator of Sindh, is among the first historical figures credited for the development of Coastal Sindh ( consisting of regions such as the Makran Coast and the Mehran Delta ), including the cities of Thatta, Bhambore and Karachi.

When construction and reconstruction of roads in Liberia is complete, the Trans – West African Coastal Highway will cross the country, connecting it to Freetown ( Sierra Leone ), Abidjan ( Côte d ' Ivoire ), and eventually to 11 other nations of the Economic Community of West African States ( ECOWAS ).

The north-western end of the Trans – West African Coastal Highway is considered by the Economic Community of West African States ( ECOWAS ) to originate in Nouakchott.
