Wainwright was born at Fort Walla Walla, an army post now in Walla Walla, Washington, and was the son of Robert Powell Page Wainwright, a U. S. Army officer who had served as a 2nd Lt in the US 1st Cavalry in 1875, commanded a squadron at the Battle of Santiago de Cuba during the Spanish-American War, and in 1902 was killed in action in the Philippines.

In 1902, Terry played Mistress Page in The Merry Wives of Windsor, with Herbert Beerbohm Tree as Falstaff and Madge Kendal as Mistress Ford.

Milford Laurenson " Curly " Page ( 8 May 1902 in Christchurch – 13 February 1987 in Christchurch ) was a cricketer who played for New Zealand and Canterbury.

He again enlisted in the military, this time under an alias, but in 1902, he was again discharged under medical terms.

Impressed by its reliability, he visited the Packards and soon enlisted a group of investors — including Truman Handy Newberry and Russell A. Alger Jr. On October 2, 1902, this group refinanced and renamed the New York and Ohio Automobile Company as " Packard Motor Car Company ", with James as president.

* Aaron Bank ( 1902 – 2004 ), World War II Office of Strategic Services ( OSS ) agent and co-founder of the U. S. Army's Special Forces Group ( later, Green Berets ), was a lifeguard and medical ( physical ) therapist's aide at Biarritz before he enlisted in the army in the late 1930s.

Born at Bridgeport, Connecticut, MacKenzie enlisted in the Navy at Springfield, Massachusetts, on December 20, 1902 and had attained the rate of Coxswain before his discharge on July 6, 1907.

Rodin is represented by over 20 works in the museum collection, making it one of the largest collections of the sculptor's work outside France ; these were gifted to the museum by the sculptor in 1914, as acknowledgement of Britain's support of France in World War I, although the statue of St John the Baptist had been purchased in 1902 by public subscription.
