It turns northwest through a mix of hilly farms and woods with some homes, reaching the community of Virginville and becoming Main Street.

The Joel Dreibelbis Farm, Merkel Mill Complex, Moselem Farms Mill, Christian Schlegel Farm, and Virginville Historic District are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Its villages include Kempville, Kirbyville, Moselem ( pronounced " mo-SAY-lem "), Moselem Springs, Virginville, and Walnuttown.
