Klaymen finds disks throughout the game that unlock pieces of a video showing Willie Trombone explaining how Hoborg created the neverhood and Klogg taking Hoborg's crown and being corrupted by it.

When Klogg is confronted, he hands Hoborg's crown to Klaymen tells him that he must wear it.

Bad Ending: Klaymen puts on the crown and becomes corrupted, similar to Klogg.

Good Ending: Klaymen takes the crown, frantically climbs up to the throne where Hoborg is frozen and places the crown on Hoborg's head.

Hoborg awakes and asks who is responsible for returning his crown and Klaymen speaks for the first ( and only ) time.

Hoborg and Klaymen return to the nursery where Hoborg gets to work making more people for the Nevehood.

Hoborg introduces Klaymen and his new friends to each other and all of the newly-created inhabitants get to " goof-off ".

However, Hoborg notices that Klaymen isn't happy and rushes off to create two more people ; Willie and Bil.

Klaymen uses the cannon he used to blow up the lake wall to blow off Bil's cranium, Allowing him to get inside and put Bil's switch from " Bad " To " Good " and the two begin to make their way to the castle, but not before they save Willie from a purple Weasel.

If the player chooses the Bad Ending, Klogg is punched out by a transformed Klaymen.

After collecting the last few tapes from inside Klogg's lair and watching all of them in sequence, Willie appears on the screen during a hidden, final scene and declares that Klaymen will " need this " and pushes a key through the screen into the world for Klaymen to pick up.

Klaymen is featured as a secret fighter for the PlayStation game Boombots, developed by The Neverhood, Inc.

As Klogg begins to celebrate his victory, the transformed Klaymen strikes him down and declares himself the new ruler of the Neverhood.

It is destroyed when Klaymen makes a dynamite dummy of himself and feeds it to the Weasel.

Klaymen falls down the stairs into the drained lake ( The only place Klaymen can die by jumping down the plug hole where the water went ).

Klaymen uses this to descend to a lower level ( Accidentally killing a blue sheep like creature in the process ).
