William Stevens Fielding, PC ( November 24, 1848 – June 23, 1929 ) was a Canadian Liberal politician, the seventh Premier of Nova Scotia ( 1884 – 96 ), and the federal finance minister 1896 – 1911 and 1921 – 25.
