After its intersection with OR 99E, a short segment ( about 2 miles ) of Oregon Route 214 connects OR 211 with Interstate 5.

A segment ( about 5. 5 miles ) of OR 211 north of Estacada is shared with OR 224.

About eight miles ( 13 km ) north of Estacada, it overlaps OR 211.

On the eastern edge of Estacada, OR 224 separates from OR 211, and heads southeast into the Mount Hood National Forest, to the small community of Ripplebrook, its southeastern terminus, where state highway maintenance ends.
