Richard Burdon Haldane, 1st Viscount Haldane KT, OM, PC, KC, FRS, FBA, FSA ( 30 July 1856 – 19 August 1928 ), was an influential British Liberal Imperialist and later Labour politician, lawyer and philosopher.
