Section 125 of the Constitution of Australia therefore provided that:

While staffing one of the Navy awards, the Assistant Vice Chief of Naval Operations, Rear Admiral Raymond M. Richard Pettit for illegal incarceration during World War II in prison camp Wauwilermoos, in neutral Switzerland.

The California Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision overturned, holding that Rosenthal was a " user of interactive computer services " and therefore immune from liability under Section 230.

The controlling issue in Section 15 cases, La Forest argued, is whether a legislative distinction ( based on a protected ground ) is " irrelevant " to the objective of the legislation in question and therefore discriminatory.
