Vincent C. Siew ( Siew Wan-chang ) () ( born 3 January 1939 ) was the Vice President of the Republic of China from 2008 to 2012.

Although he was accepted to Harvard University, Siew chose to remain in Taiwan heeding his mother's wishes.

In May 2007, Siew was mentioned as a possible running mate for KMT presidential nominee Ma Ying-Jeou.

The NOC which he led until Parliament reconvened consisted of 7 Malays, one Chinese and one Indian ; likewise, the only major post in his Cabinet held by a non-Malay was that of the MCA's Tan Siew Sin, who was Finance Minister.

The only son of Malaysian statesman and MCA founder Tan Cheng Lock, Tan Siew Sin was born on 21 May 1916 in Malacca and educated at Malacca High School in Malacca and then at Raffles College in Singapore.

In Kuala Lumpur, there is a street, Jalan Tun Tan Siew Sin ( formerly Jalan Silang ) which was renamed after him in 2003.
