Yesterday, I had the privilege of reading a thoughtful article in the U.S. News & World Report of May 8 which discussed this type of action in more detail, including both its advantages and its disadvantages.

U. S. News & World Report ranked Caltech as the 5th best university in the United States in their 2012 national college rankings, together with MIT, Stanford University, University of Chicago and University of Pennsylvania.

Many hospitals in the Dayton area are consistently ranked by Forbes, U. S. News & World Report, and HealthGrades for clinical excellence.

In 2012, Dartmouth was ranked tenth among undergraduate programs at national universities by U. S. News & World Report.

Dartmouth's strength in undergraduate education is highlighted by U. S. News & World Report when in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 it ranked Dartmouth first in undergraduate teaching at national universities.

In February 1991 Aylwin created the National Commission for Truth and Reconciliation, which released in February 1991 the Rettig Report on human rights violations committed during the military rule.
