Captain Archer decides to do so, and when they arrive, Tarquin demands that Ensign Sato stay with him while he examines the Xindi device found on Earth.
The Andorians claim they are interested in helping Enterprise in its mission to subvert the deployment of a Xindi weapon against Earth, in the interest of forming a close alliance with humanity.
Before the Andorians reveal their true motives, they work together with the humans to locate the site of testing of the Xindi weapon.
After deliberating with his senior officers, Captain Archer decides to use a small Xindi vessel they had previously captured to covertly obtain information about the weapon.
On the mission, they are hailed by the Xindi and Tucker explains that they were off course due to a navigational error, and that it is corrected now.
Daniels then tells Archer that he believes it is imperative that he convince the Xindi of two things ; that humans do not pose a threat to them, and that in the future, they will be their only hope of survival.

Instead they again deceive Degra into thinking that they have utilised some of the Xindi technology to travel faster, and trick him into thinking that they have already arrived at the coordinates.
Temporal Agent Daniels informs Captain Archer that three Reptilian Xindi have traveled back in time to Detroit, Michigan, Earth, to the year 2004, where they intend to hide out and produce a bioweapon to destroy Earth ( the Xindi Council had banned the use of bioweapons, forcing the reptilians to take extraordinary measures ).
She was a spy sent by the reptilian Xindi to gather data so that they can construct a biological weapon and use against humans without the approval of the Xindi Council.
Realizing that the captain is willing to torture and kill for this information, Orgoth finally relents, revealing that the Osaarians took more than food and supplies from the Xindi ; they downloaded the Xindi database.
