Yikuang ( 16 November 1838-28 January 1917 ), titled Prince Qing ( Prince Ch ' ing in Wade – Giles ) or more formally Prince Qing of the First Rank ( 慶親王 ), was a Manchu noble and politician of the late Qing Dynasty.
