Yvon Neptune ( born November 8, 1946 in Cavaillon, Haiti ) was Prime Minister of Haïti from 2002 until 2004.

Georges Henri Yvon Joseph Ruggiu ( born October 12, 1957 in Verviers, Belgium ) was a presenter on the Rwandan radio station Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines, which played a significant role in promoting the Rwandan Genocide .< ref name =" TW ">

As a child, he regularly attended wrestling shows at the nearby Montreal Forum, where he grew up idolizing local ring legend Yvon Robert ; and at just 12 years old, he had already begun grappling at the area's YMCA.
