::( g ) being disqualified under any law relating to offences in connection with elections to Parliament or the office of President by reason of having been convicted of such an offence or having in proceedings relating to such an election been proved guilty of an act constituting such an offence.

::( a ) the person appears to be mentally ill ; and

::( c ) because of the person's mental illness, the person should be admitted and detained for treatment as an involuntary patient for his or her health or safety ( whether to prevent a deterioration in the person's physical or mental condition or otherwise ) or for the protection of members of the public ; and

::( d ) the person has refused or is unable to consent to the necessary treatment for the mental illness ; and

::( e ) the person cannot receive adequate treatment for the mental illness in a manner less restrictive of that person's freedom of decision and action.

::( c ) Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights, imported into English law by the Human Rights Act 1998 provides that a person of unsound mind may only be detained where proper account of objective medical expertise has been taken.

::( A ) is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive [...] as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of his or her goods, services, or commercial activities by another person, or

::( B ) in commercial advertising or promotion, misrepresents the nature, characteristics, qualities, or geographic origin of his or her or another person ’ s goods, services, or commercial activities,

::( 1 ) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny ;

::( 2 ) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition ;

::( A ) the offender or the person seized or detained is a national of the United States ;

::( ii ) A person duly attached or lent as a non-commissioned officer to or seconded for service or appointed for duty as a non-commissioned officer with the Navy:

::( ii ) A person duly attached or lent as a non-commissioned officer to or seconded for service or appointed for duty as a non-commissioned officer with the Army:

::( ii ) A person duly attached or lent as a non-commissioned officer to or seconded for service or appointed for duty as a non-commissioned officer with the Air Force :" – Defence Act 1990, Sect 2 ( Interpretation )

::( a ) a person uses force in relation to ... property not only where he applies force to, but also where he causes an impact on ,... that property ;"

::( b ) objective where the requisite mens rea element is imputed to the accused on the basis that the reasonable person would have had the mental element in the same circumstances ;

::( d ) having been nominated for election to Parliament or the office of President or having acted as election agent to a person so nominated, failing to lodge any return of election expenses required by law within the time and in the manner so required ;

::( e ) having been convicted of an offence by a court of law in Singapore or Malaysia and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less than one year or to a fine of not less than S $ 2, 000 and having not received a free pardon, provided that where the conviction is by a court of law in Malaysia, the person shall not be disqualified unless the offence is also one which, had it been committed in Singapore, would have been punishable by a court of law in Singapore ;

::( 1 ) of any person for conduct relating to an abortion for which the consent of the pregnant woman, or a person authorized by law to act on her behalf, has been obtained or for which such consent is implied by law ;

::( 2 ) of any person for any medical treatment of the pregnant woman or her unborn child ; or

::( 1 ) When the death of any person ensues within three years as a proximate result of injury proximately caused by the driving of any vehicle by any person, the driver is guilty of vehicular homicide if the driver was operating a motor vehicle:

::( a ) is unique to the person making the signature ;

::( b ) the technology or process used to make the signature is under the sole control of the person making the signature ;

::( 1 ) If, by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify, there is no President pro tempore to act as President under subsection ( b ) of this section, then the officer of the United States who is highest on the following list, and who is not under disability to discharge the powers and duties of the office of President shall act as President: Secretary of State, Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of Defense, Attorney General, Secretary of the Interior, Secretary of Agriculture, Secretary of Commerce, Secretary of Labor, Secretary of Health and Human Services, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Secretary of Transportation, Secretary of Energy, Secretary of Education, Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Secretary of Homeland Security.

::( a ) Who solicits anyone to engage in or who engages in lewd or dissolute conduct in any public place or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view.

::( b ) Who solicits or who agrees to engage in or who engages in any act of prostitution.

::( j ) ( 1 ) Any person who looks through a hole or opening, into, or otherwise views, by means of any instrumentality, including, but not limited to, a periscope, telescope, binoculars, camera, motion picture camera, or camcorder, the interior of a bedroom, bathroom, changing room, fitting room, dressing room, or tanning booth, or the interior of any other area in which the occupant has a reasonable expectation of privacy, with the intent to invade the privacy of a person or persons inside.

::( 2 ) Every female person who, being pregnant, with intent to procure her own miscarriage, uses any means or permits any means to be used for the purpose of carrying out her intention is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years.

::( 1 ) who has been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year:.

::( a ) to safeguard and promote the welfare of children within their area who are in need ; and

::( c ) he is disabled-and ' family ', in relation to such a child, includes any person who has parental responsibility for the child and any other person with whom he has been living.

::( This is not Mathematics.

::( a ) even though a legal definition suffices, mandatory hospitalisation can be ordered in cases of murder ; if the defendant is not medically insane, there is little point in requiring medical treatment.

::( Rejoice and sing, France: the lily is bathed with heavenly dew.

::( i ) X is second countable.

::( ii ) The space of continuous real-valued functions on X with the supremum norm is separable.

::( iii ) X is metrizable.

::( 1 ) If, by reason of death, resignation, removal from office, inability, or failure to qualify, there is neither a President nor Vice President to discharge the powers and duties of the office of President, then the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall, upon his resignation as Speaker and as Representative in Congress, act as President.

::( 1 ) if his discharge of the powers and duties of the office is founded in whole or in part on the failure of both the President-elect and the Vice-President-elect to qualify, then he shall act only until a President or Vice President qualifies ; and

::( 2 ) if his discharge of the powers and duties of the office is founded in whole or in part on the inability of the President or Vice President, then he shall act only until the removal of the disability of one of such individuals.

::( 2 ) An individual acting as President under this subsection shall continue so to do until the expiration of the then current Presidential term, but not after a qualified and prior-entitled individual is able to act, except that the removal of the disability of an individual higher on the list contained in paragraph ( 1 ) of this subsection or the ability to qualify on the part of an individual higher on such list shall not terminate his service.

::( 3 ) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.

::( i ) The vector sum of all external forces is zero ;

::( ii ) The sum of the moments of all external forces about any line is zero.

::( B ) the offender is found in the United States ; or
