::( B ) establish administrative mechanisms allowing affected persons to seek and obtain correction of information maintained and disseminated by the agency that does not comply with the guidelines issued under subsection ( a ); and

::( A ) the offender or the person seized or detained is a national of the United States ;

::( 2 ) An individual acting as President under this subsection shall continue so to do until the expiration of the then current Presidential term, but not after a qualified and prior-entitled individual is able to act, except that the removal of the disability of an individual higher on the list contained in paragraph ( 1 ) of this subsection or the ability to qualify on the part of an individual higher on such list shall not terminate his service.

::( 1 ) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny ;

::( 2 ) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition ;

::( b ) causes harm to the Sovereign, the Governor-General or the Prime Minister resulting in the death of the Sovereign, the Governor-General or the Prime Minister ; or

::( c ) causes harm to the Sovereign, the Governor-General or the Prime Minister, or imprisons or restrains the Sovereign, the Governor-General or the Prime Minister ; or

::( d ) levies war, or does any act preparatory to levying war, against the Commonwealth ; or

::( i ) Withdrawal of Israel armed forces from territories occupied in the recent conflict ;

::( a ) shall not be bound in law to infer that he intended or foresaw a result of his actions by reasons only of its being a natural and probable consequence of those actions ; but

::( a ) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities ;

::( b ) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources ;

::( c ) Any form of population transfer which has the aim or effect of violating or undermining any of their rights ;
