* McIntyre Settlement – A former hamlet along County Road 6 between Strong and Culver roads about 1 mile south of Mecklenburg.

In the past, the railway line originally extended beyond Sheffield Park to Culver Junction ( at Culver Farm just south of Barcombe Mills ), with intermediate stations at and along the way.

Locals refer to the small area of housing south of Culver Boulevard and closest to the beach as The Jungle, a nickname given to a group of closely built apartments built in 1956, within the bounding streets Trolley Place and Trolleyway Street on its east and west respectively, and including the streets

Beverlywood is bordered by Century City on the northwest, Cheviot Hills on the west, Palms on the southwest, Culver City on the south, Crestview on the east ; South Robertson on the north.

The district's boundaries are roughly Robertson Boulevard on the east ; the Culver City limits on the south ; Beverwil Drive and the Hillcrest Country Club on the west ; and Monte Mar on the north.

Baldwin Hills is bordered on the southeast by Los Angeles ' Leimert Park neighborhood, on the south by View Park-Windsor Hills, on the west by Culver City, on the north by the Los Angeles Mid-City district, and on the east by the Crenshaw district.

Ethiopian and Eritrean businesses and restaurants have recently begun congregating on Washington Boulevard between Fairfax Avenue and National Boulevard in Culver City, less than a mile to the south of Little Ethiopia.

The IND Culver Line is a rapid transit line of the B Division of the New York City Subway, extending from Downtown Brooklyn south to Coney Island, Brooklyn, New York City, United States.

From its beginning at an interlocking north of Jay Street – MetroTech, where Culver Line trains can access the IND Sixth Avenue Line or IND Eighth Avenue Line, south to Church Avenue in Kensington, the line is mostly a four-track subway, though it rises to cross over the Gowanus Canal on the only above-ground structure on the original Independent Subway System.

The local tracks in Manhattan turn south under Essex Street and Rutgers Street before crossing under the East River via the Rutgers Street Tunnel to become the IND Culver Line in Brooklyn, stopping at the outer tracks of Jay Street – MetroTech.

After Hoyt – Schermerhorn Streets, the line turns south and ends as a merge into the local tracks of the IND Culver Line, just south of the split of that line into local and express tracks.

The other bicycle path, the Ballona Creek bicycle path runs along Ballona Creek from Culver City to the waterfront in Marina Del Rey and connects to the South Bay bicycle path, which runs along the beach and provides access to other beach communities, including Venice Beach and Santa Monica to the north and Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Beach to the south.

The highway was built in stages from north to south, with the first section — a divided highway connecting Culver Road to East Ridge Road in Irondequoit — opening to traffic in the early 1950s as a realignment of NY 18.

The Expo Line then splits with the Blue Line and continues south on Flower Street towards Exposition Boulevard, turns west and follows Exposition Boulevard to the Culver City station at the intersections of Venice, Robertson, and Exposition boulevards.

It has also annexed adjacent tracts of land in Delta Charter Township and Windsor Township in Eaton County to the west and Delhi Charter Township in Ingham County to the south.

The route continues past residential neighborhoods containing some businesses, briefly forming the border between Bridgewater Township to the north and Somerville to the south before fully entering Bridgewater Township.

There are nine municipalities bordering the township: Garwood and Westfield to the west, Springfield Township to the north, Kenilworth to the northeast, Roselle and Roselle Park to the east, Linden to the southeast, Clark and Winfield to the south.

The bridge lies in Bart Township, 3. 25 mi ( 5. 2 km ) to the east of Quarryville and 1. 5 mi ( 2. 4 km ) south of Pennsylvania Route 372 on Mt Pleasant Road.

It is located in Paradise Township on Ronks Road 0. 4 km ( 0. 25 mi ) south of U. S. Route 30 to the east of Lancaster city.

The bridge is located in Sadsbury Township, 0. 5 miles ( 0. 8 km ) south of Christiana on Bailey Crossroads Road off Creek Road, to the south of Pennsylvania Route 372.

West Jefferson Avenue, which begins in downtown Detroit and runs south to Berlin Township, becomes Biddle Avenue within Wyandotte city limits.

Late Illinoian Stage deposits may underlie the Late Wisconsinan deposits, and these are exposed in the south central part of the county ( roughly western Davidson Township ).

The major rivers of the county are the Great Miami River, which flows through the northwest corner of the county in Franklin Township, and the Little Miami River which zig-zags across the county from north to south.

Instead, the Turnpike Authority will extend the " dual-dual " from Monroe Township, south to the interchange with the Pennsylvania Extension ( Exit 6 ) in Mansfield Township.

Mercer County is where Interstate 95 abruptly ends at the interchange with US 1 & I-295 in Lawrence Township, and becomes I-295 south.

The few Michigan residents that live on the small peninsula must travel south into Washington Township, Ohio on a 10-minute drive before going north to get back to the rest of Michigan.

* Kent Trails ( which is singular in spite of the's ') runs north / south from John Ball Park in Grand Rapids to 84th Street in Byron Township, with an extension that runs east / west along 76th Street and north / south from 76th Street to Douglas Walker Park on 84th street.

The county was initially divided into three townships: Berrien Township, consisting of present-day townships of Berrien, Oronoko, and Lake plus a two-mile strip north of that territory ; St. Joseph Township, consisting of everything north of Berrien Township ; and Niles Township, consisting of everything south of Berrien Township.
