Popiah () is a Fujian / Chaozhou-style fresh spring roll common in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Burma / Myanmar, where it is called kawpyan ().

Popiah is often eaten in the Fujian province of China ( usually in Xiamen ) and its neighbouring Chaoshan on the Qingming Festival.
