" ( 38: 26 ) " And remember when the Lord of Abraham tried him with certain commands which he fulfilled ; Allah said to him, ' Verily I am going to make you a leader ( imam ) of mankind.

The reference stated that Jabir said, " The Prophet ... returned from one of his battles, and thereupon told us, ' You have arrived with an excellent arrival, you have come from the Lesser Jihad to the Greater Jihad — the striving of a servant ( of Allah ) against his desires ( holy war ).

Yusuf Ali ’ s translation reads " That they said ( in boast ), " We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah ";― but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no ( certain ) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not .― ( 157 ) Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself ; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise.

The Qur ' an says: " And We verily gave knowledge to Dawud and Sulayman and they said: praise be to God ( Allah ) Who has preferred us above many of his believing servants ".

According to Islamic tradition, Muhammad is said to have invoked Allah by a number of Names.

" He said further that he prayed to Allah for " a calamity to overtake the English.

Surah 11: 41 says: " And he said, ' Ride ye in it ; in the Name of Allah it moves and stays!

'"; this was taken to mean that Noah said, " In the Name of Allah!

It is narrated in the hadith Sahih Muslim that the prophet Muhammad said " Truffles are part of the ' manna ' which Allah, sent to the people of Israel through Moses, and its juice is a medicine for the eyes.

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah ( Radiallhu Anhu ) that the Messenger of Allah said: “( The Dua ) of any one of you will be answered so long as he is not hasty in seeking a response and does not say, ‘ I prayed but I have not had a response .’” by al-Bukhari, 5981 ; Muslim, 2735

Muhammad said: “ Allah, may He be exalted, says: ‘ I am as My slave thinks I am .’” by al-Bukhari, 7405 ; Muslim, 4675

The Prophet said: “ Let not any one of you say, ‘ O Allah, forgive me if You will, O Allah, have mercy on me if You will .’ Let him be resolute in the matter, whilst knowing that no one can compel Allah to do anything .” by al-Bukhari and Muslim

Angel Gabriel said, " Praise be to Allah, who guided you to Al-Fitrah ( the right path ); if you had taken ( the cup of ) wine, your Ummah would have gone astray ".

On that Allah's Apostle said, " Do not believe the people of the Scripture or disbelieve them, but say: " We believe in Allah and what is revealed to us.

And you know that every benefit we have is from God ; as He has said: “ And you have no good thing that is not from Allah ” ( Qur ' an 16: 53 ); it either comes to us from Him or from elsewhere.

Similarly, God has said: “ If two parties among the believers fall into a quarrel, make peace between them ; but if one of them transgresses beyond bounds against the other, then fight against the one who transgresses until he complies with the command of Allah ; then, if he complies, make peace between them with justice, and be fair: for Allah loves those who act fairly ” ( Qur ' an 49: 9 ).

Ibn Abbas said and Ibn Masoud and some companions: that Iblis was the main chief between Angels in the 1st sky close to the earth and Ibn Abbas said: Iblis name was Azazel عزازيل then Allah change him to Satan as the story mentioned in The Quran.

This is because, as Al-Khatib al-Baghdadi said, that Allah and his Prophet declared the Companions to be upright and trustworthy, and, therefore, there is no need to investigate their reliability, however, one must investigate the condition of those after them.

On September 29, 1991, he said in a speech at a Chicago conference that Allah had made Jews " monkeys and swine ", " cursed those who are the sons of Israel ", and damned Jews in this world and the afterworld.

He who gives in charity and fears Allah And in all sincerity testifies to the Truth ; We shall indeed make smooth for him the path of Bliss

The Qur ' an ( 57: 27 ) states, " But the Monasticism which they invented for themselves, We did not prescribe for them but only to please Allah therewith, but that they did not observe it with the right observance.

Allah also attributes the right of appointing leaders to Himself: " We made from among them leaders, giving guidance under Our command.

And, Allah willing, it will fall to the ground ... We will not accept a government of wrong-doers.

) of Allah, which We recite to you ( O Muhammad ) with truth.

We thank Allah that all of their deniers are ignorant in that kind of knowledge, as not one of them has mastered the sciences of unveilings ( mukâshafât ), nor even smelled them from a distance!

We ask Allah, through His Mercy, to forgive the one who uttered it.

Glory to ( Allah ) Who did take His servant for a Journey by night from the Sacred Mosque to the farthest Mosque, whose precincts We did bless ,- in order that We might show him some of Our Signs: for He is the One Who heareth and seeth ( all things ).

In sura 21, Al-Anbiyā ( The Prophets ), the wall is mentioned again: there Allah tells his Prophet ( Mohammed ) that there is a " prohibition upon people of a city which We have destroyed that they will return, until dam of Gog and Magog has been opened and thou shall see them, from every higher ground, descending.

It is a 9th-century jewelled Celtic cross with a centre glass jewel with an inscription of the Bismillah in Kufic script which may be interpreted as As God wills, In the name of Allah or We have repented to God.

: Verse 041: YUSUFALI: " And know that out of all the booty that ye may acquire ( in war ), a fifth share is assigned to Allah ,- and to the Messenger, and to near relatives, orphans, the needy, and the wayfarer ,- if ye do believe in Allah and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the Day of Testing ,- the Day of the meeting of the two forces.

We said, ` O Messenger of Allah!

( Do you all know what is Al-Kawthar ) We said, ` Allah and His Messenger know best.

Jarir bin ` Abdullah Al-Bajali reported: We were sitting with the Messenger of Allah when he looked at the full moon and observed, " You will see your Lord in the Hereafter as you see this moon having no difficulty in seeing it.

Allah is the only, none else, Who fully knows the physical elucidation and manifestation and actual outcome of it / the Book ; and to the people of tilted hearts / psyche as for holders of in depth knowledge-true believers are concerned they keep saying, " We have consciously believed in that, the Book.

The verse reads: " Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property ; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded ; and ( as to ) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them ; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them ; surely Allah is High, Great.

The Prophet ( peace be on him ) told them with asperity, People before you perished because of their asceticism ; they made excessive demands on themselves until Allah brought hardships on them: you can still see a few of them remaining in monasteries and temples.

Islam insists upon the complete oneness and uniqueness of God ( Allah ), while Mormonism asserts that the Godhead is made up of three distinct " personages.

First, Allah ( God ) created the Light ; then, by His Creative Power, He made all mortal beings.

However, the term " Sufi " is applied to Muslim mystics who, as a means of achieving union with Allah, adopted ascetic practices including wearing a garment made of coarse wool called " sf ".

Muslims also believe that Allah made an army of Djinn obedient to him.

But onscreen he made audiences swoon as he romanced Marlene Dietrich in The Garden of Allah ( 1936 ), Jean Arthur in History Is Made at Night ( 1937 ), Greta Garbo in Conquest ( 1937 ), and Irene Dunne in Love Affair ( 1939 ).

In 1997 CAIR objected to the production of sneaker made by Nike with a design on the heel similar to the Arabic word for " Allah ".

He made a promise to tempt mankind into sin and lead them all astray – those who are heedless of the signs of Allah ( God ).

Islamic commentators on the Qur ' an have emphasized that pre-Islamic Arabic idolatry made a number of godlings ( most memorably the three goddesses al-Manāt, al-Lāt and ʻUzzā ) equal associates of Allah ( as the Qur ' an discusses in the 53rd surat ) and the word mushrikūn ( singular: mushrik ) is often translated into English as " polytheists ".

There is no concept of luck in Islam other than actions determined by Allah based on the merit of the choice made by human beings.

Verily Allah has blocked their sight and hearing from perceiving this, until they fell into whatever they fell into, which caused them to be despised, and made their knowledge of no benefit.

* In this regard, Imam Jafar Sadiq narrates, ' Allah, the Almighty, has made the dust of my ancestor's grave-Imam Husain ( a. s .) as a cure for every sickness and safety from every fear.

Dhu ' l-Qarnayn doesn't take any tribute from them and makes a wall made of iron between the mountains to keep Gog and Magog out, but warns that it will be broken at the time appointed by Allah ( before the Day of Resurrection ).

And give to the women ( whom you marry ) their Mahr ( obligatory bridal money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage ) with a good heart ; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, take it and enjoy it without fear of any harm ( as Allah has made it lawful ).

This is because they are averse to that which Allah has revealed so He has made their actions fruitless.

" Here I went in to the Caliph and, after saluting him and kissing hands, informed him of all that had befallen me ; whereupon he rejoiced in my safety and thanked Almighty Allah ; and he made my story be written in letters of gold.

This document made Muhammad the ruler, and recognized him as the Prophet of Allah.
