As part of the continuity changes which followed The Man of Steel and Superman: Secret Origin, Luthor is shown actively participating in the creation of three Superman villains, Parasite ( indirectly ), Bizarro ( the failed result of an attempt to clone Superman ), and the cyborg Metallo.

Also, the most memorable moment is in " The Bizarro Jerry ": she shoves Kevin to the ground, helping end her friendship with the bizarro group.

Superman then manages to figure out with help from the Justice League computer that Blue Kryptonite may reverse the aging process because Blue Kryptonite is harmful to Bizarro and therefore should be helpful to Superman.

Bizarro is a fictional character who appears in comic books published by DC Comics.

The copy, quickly labeled " Bizarro ", is a flawed imitation as it possesses chalky white skin and childlike erratic behavior.

The Bizarro that is created, however, is confused, stating: " Me not human ... me not creature ... me not even animal!

" Luthor is forgotten as Bizarro attempts to emulate Superman, creating havoc in the city of Metropolis and almost exposing Superman's secret identity as Clark Kent.

When Bizarro falls in love with reporter Lois Lane, she uses the duplicating ray on herself to create a " Bizarro Lois ", who is instantly attracted to Bizarro.

Considered a freak by Bizarro standards, the child is the catalyst for a brief war between Htrae and Earth.

Bizarro also has a series of adventures on Htrae, aiding a normal Jimmy Olsen when he is accidentally trapped on the Bizarro world, preventing an invasion of blue kryptonite statues, and stopping the Bizarro version of Titano.

Bizarro's influence is also felt on Earth: Jimmy Olsen is inadvertently turned into a Bizarro for a time, and a new teen version of Bizarro travels to the 30th century, attempting to join the Legion of Super-Heroes.

However, wrongfully starting from the assumption that Superman is a human with metahuman abilities ( his alien origin had not yet been publicly revealed ), the process results in a flawed copy, which Luthor sneeringly dubs " Bizarro " and orders disposed.

During the Infinite Crisis, Bizarro is tricked into joining the reformed Secret Society of Super Villains by Flash's foe Zoom, and during a battle with superteam the Freedom Fighters accidentally kills the Human Bomb, constantly hitting the hero to observe the flashes of light that are produced from the kinetic energy of the blows.

After creating a cube shaped planet, filled with abstract versions of various buildings and locations on Earth, Bizarro is still lonely.

Bizarro eventually visits the grave of a deceased Jonathan Kent, and is then sent ( by rogue Kryptonians ) with other Superman foes to the inter-dimensional prison, the Phantom Zone.

The Bizarro Supergirl takes the heroes hostage, but is ultimately defeated in battle by the real Supergirl.

It is revealed that the Bizarro Supergirl is a refugee from the cube-shaped Bizarro World, and was sent to Earth by her cousin after their planet was attacked by a being known as the Godship.

The more dangerous prisoners ( e. g. General Zod and Bizarro ) are stripped of their corporeal forms, and their spirits are then cast into the Zone.

Bizarro was reintroduced into the DC Universe in The Man of Steel # 5 ( Dec. 1986 ).

Bizarro becomes involved when Kryptonian criminals led by General Zod escape to Earth, but wishing to create a home for himself, Bizarro travels into deep space to a solar system occupied by a blue sun.

Bizarro eventually destroys Grundy by driving him into the heart of the Sun.

They can " infect " a normal human and change them into a Bizarro clone by touch.

This version of Bizarro was once a Kryptonian experiment ( similar to Davis Bloome / Doomsday ) turned into a wraith, trapped in the Phantom Zone until Clark accidentally released him.

Lana is able to get the Blue Kryponite close enough to Bizarro to cause his strength to grow exponentially, resulting in his body apparently imploding due to the scale of the power being channelled into him.

However, Mxyzptlk saves some of the Joker's creations and transfers them into the ' real ' world, including Scorch, Gorgeous Gilly, the new Bizarro and " Ignition ", a black-armored villain who first appeared in the Emperor Joker story but was created by someone else ( exactly who has never been revealed ).

In one episode Mr. Kltpzyxm, a Bizarro Mxyzptlk is created, who promptly speeds off to turn Bizarro world into a beautiful planet like Earth, much to Bizarro's horror.

* In the Justice League Unlimited episode " The Doomsday Sanction ," it is revealed that in this series, Doomsday is actually an altered clone of Superman ( similar to Bizarro ), genetically engineered by Project Cadmus to be Superman's superior and indoctrinated into hating him.

) The 44-year-old Kansas City, Missouri, native ( and current New Yorker ) has also begun participating in the nascent vaudeville revival with his one-man Bizarro Bologna Show, an entertainment potpourri into which he incorporates puppetry, song, ventriloquism, mind reading and drawing ( not to mention slides of Bizarro cartoons too blue for newspaper publication ).

His activism is visible in Bizarro, often incorporating vegan and animal cruelty themes into his cartoons.

The Hall of Justice was also built into the vacant building of the Joker's Wildcard near the Bizarro coaster.

Bizarro eventually manages to defeat Grundy by flying him into the sun, which completely incinerates him, and the black ring.

* In the Buffy Season 2 episode " Reptile Boy ", Cordelia tells Xander Harris that his being accepted into a fraternity of rich and powerful men would only happen " in the Bizarro World.

An adult version, however, followed soon after, debuting in the Superman daily newspaper comic strip, featured in Episode 105: " The Battle With Bizarro " ( Strips 6147-6242: Aug. 25, 1958 to Dec. 13, 1958 ).

The blue sun, however, gives Bizarro a new ability called " Bizarro Vision ", which allows him to create new Bizarros.

Realizing that, however strange Bizarro World might be, its inhabitants are safer and happier than those of Earth thanks to Bizarro # 1's leadership, Superman apologizes.

Superman also encounters Bizarro versions of his fellow heroes, such as Bizarro Green Lantern ( whose ring allows him to create anything he thinks of, which he doesn't ), Bizarro Flash ( who is extremely slow and appears to take an entire issue to get to a certain point ), Bizarro Batman ( who was shot by his parents ) and Bizarro Wonder Woman ( who is an ugly fat woman that turned to clay ).

This also applies to weaknesses, as Bizarro is vulnerable to blue kryptonite, as opposed to green kryptonite, which is lethal to Superman.

The Vaults contain a gallery of Cobweb's rogues including the wholesome, monogamous Perverso-Cobweb ( an homage to Bizarro ), Cobweb's arsenal of billy-clubs ( actually a collection of bizarre dildos reminiscent of such super-hero gadgets as Batman's batarang or Hawkeye's trick arrows ), samples of the debilitating substance chocolatite ( a chocolate version of kryptonite ), and the Nano-Bordello of Zontar ( the bottle city of Kandor ).

In " The Bizarro Jerry ", he works at an office where he is not actually employed, describing his daily activities to Jerry as " T. C. B.

His role as an evil / imperfect duplicate mirrors that of Superman's imperfect duplicate, Bizarro ; albeit more malevolent and less of a harmless dunce, and with normal intelligence and lack of confusion at his surroundings.

In this incarnation he appears as a comical annoyance rather than a genuine threat, and at one point teams up with Bizarro.

Luthor later reveals he was motivated because Bizarro beat him at chess.

Bizarro gives an eccentric, exaggerated and, as the name implies, bizarre look at everyday life.

Just as Kirk is about to drink it, Francine is wounded in the crossfire of the battle between Black Lantern Solomon Grundy and Bizarro ( the latter of whom is already at the scene, trying to prevent Kirk from taking the cure ).

The Primitives supported The Wedding Present at Koko in Camden, London on December 13, 2010 as part of that band's Bizarro Album 21st anniversary tour.

In August 2010 it was announced that De Castro would not be touring with The Wedding Present for the Autumn 21st anniversary tour of ' Bizarro ', and that her last gig would be at the 28 August 2010 at Gedge's mini festival " At the Edge of the Sea " in Brighton.

Scream is similar in concept with Medusa at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and is a mirror image of Bizarro at Six Flags Great Adventure.

Development of the Floorless Coaster began between 1995 and 1996 with Medusa ( now known as Bizarro ) at Six Flags Great Adventure opening on April 2, 1999, making it the world's first Floorless Coaster.

In the post-Crisis issue Superman / Batman # 25, it was revealed that the Joker had gained Fifth Dimensional powers by maintaining the essence of Mr. Mxyzptlk from the earlier " Emperor Joker " storyline ; at the end, Bizarro was able to extract this latent magical essence from the Joker, which manifested in a form recognizable as Bat-Mite.

His death was depicted in Infinite Crisis # 1 ( Oct, 2005 ) at the hands of Bizarro, when the Freedom Fighters fought with the Secret Society of Super Villains.

The explosions stopped even though Bizarro continued punching, indicating that the power ended at the instant of death.

In conjunction with The Dead Weather's August 25 – 26, 2009, concerts in Los Angeles, " Bizarro " versions of previously-released Third Man material ( up to TMR-013 ; excluding TMR-008 ) were made available at Third Man Records and Novelties West, a temporary store in Los Angeles.

DC writer-editor E. Nelson Bridwell credits Binder as creating the first " Imaginary Tale, for Lois Lane ," and of writing " most of the early " Bizarro stories, including at least the first " Tales of the Bizarro World " feature.
