Northerman House ( CE-380 ): Located at 225 Market Street, it is a two story, three bay, by two bay, frame dwelling with a gable roofed main section built by Jacob Northerman for a Philadelphia cooper.

Thorn House ( CE-1298 ): Located on Conestoga Street, the home faces the Northeast River and was originally designed as a retreat for Christopher Columbus Thorn, Chief Engineer of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
