* St Nicholas Lodge of Royal Ark Mariners No. 1188 was consecrated on the 2 June 1979, it currently meets on the second Thursday in March, May, September & November

D. Bayless Lodge No. 359 Fort Wayne, Indiana, and a member of the Shriners ; he received the honorary 33rd degree in 1995.

Kimbolton, NZ: Masonic Lodge No. 123

A Freemason, Glenn is a member of Concord Lodge No. 688 Concord, Ohio and DeMolay International, the Masonic youth organization, and is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church.

* King Arthur Lodge No. 7134 which was warranted on 13 November 1951 ;

* St Enodoc Lodge No. 9226 which was consecrated on 30 May 1987 ;

* Tintagel Castle Lodge of Mark Master Masons No. 1800 which was consecrated on 23 April 1999.

The Victorian poet Robert Browning moved from No. 1 Chichester Road to Beauchamp Lodge, 19 Warwick Crescent, in 1862 and lived there until 1887.

The Greensboro Lodge No. 49 of Free and Accepted Masons was chartered in 1842.

Elsewhere in Cork, Flower Lodge hosted a full international on the 26th of May 1985 between Ireland and Spain ( 0: 0 ), while The Mardyke entertained Ireland vs Hungary in 1939 ( 2: 2 ).

He first joined the Independent Order of Odd Fellows in 1840 then had in the interim joined a Masonic Lodge and become extremely active in the affairs of the organization, being elected Sovereign Grand Commander of the Scottish Rite's Southern Jurisdiction in 1859.

The seed of the myth of Stuart Jacobite influence on the higher degrees may have been a careless and unsubstantiated remark made by John Noorthouk in the 1784 Book of Constitutions of the Premier Grand Lodge of London.

An active Mason and member of the Grand Lodge of Indiana, by 1898 he was a Master Mason and had risen to the thirty-third degree in the Scottish Rite, the highest level of the order, and had become a member of its Supreme Council.
