Kosta Trifković ( Serbian Cyrillic: Коста Трифковић ; born in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Habsburg Monarchy on October 20, 1843-died in Novi Sad on February 19, 1875 ) was a Serbian writer and one of the best comediographers of the time.

Kosta Trifković, born on Danube Street ( Dunavska ulica ) in the city of Novi Sad on the 20th of October 1843, was the only child of Atanasije and Ane Trifković.

Srđa Trifković ( also Srdja Trifković ; Serbian Cyrillic: Срђа Трифковић and as author Serge Trifkovic ) ( born July 19, 1954, in Belgrade, FPR Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian-American writer on international affairs and foreign affairs editor for the paleoconservative magazine Chronicles.

During his lifetime and after, though Jakšiċ had many admirers — they included Konstantin Danil, his former art teacher, portrait painter Katarina Ivanović, Uroš Knežević, painters Pavle Čorbanović, Jovan Popović, and Đorđe Krstić, and, among the poets and writers, Laza Kostić, Simo Matavulj, Kosta Trifković, Svetozar Miletić, Jovan Jovanović Zmaj, and Vojislav Ilić.

Srđa Trifković, a veteran contributing editor of Chronicles and Serbian Orthodox Christian, resigned in December of 2008 and his column has been removed from the banner header.
