Might and Magic ( MM ) is a series of role-playing video games from New World Computing, which in 1996 became a subsidiary of The 3DO Company.

Might and Magic is considered one of the defining examples of early PC role-playing games, along with the Bard's Tale, Ultima and Wizardry series.

The original Might and Magic series officially ended with the closure of the 3DO Company.

The rights to the Might and Magic name were purchased for USD 1. 3 million by Ubisoft, who " rebooted " the franchise with a new series with no apparent connection to the previous continuity, starting with the games Heroes of Might and Magic V and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic.

Among his other film music credits are the theme song to the short-lived 1993 CBS television series Johnny Bago ; " Turning Around " for the 1985 film Summer Rental starring John Candy ; " I Don't Know ( Spicoli's Theme )" for the film Fast Times at Ridgemont High ; " Hello, Texas " for the 1980 John Travolta film Urban Cowboy ; and " If I Have To Eat Someone ( It Might As Well Be You )" for the animated film FernGully: The Last Rainforest, which was sung in the film by rap artist Tone Loc.

Story of My Life ( 1993 ) was released on Imago Records ; Maimone left ( once again ) to join They Might Be Giants, and Michele Temple and Garo Yellin joined the band for the Story of My Life tour and feature on Ubu's 1995 album, Ray Gun Suitcase.

His first published story, Jeannie Might Know, a satire about his job at JP Morgan, appeared in the early online journal Intertext in 1993.

In 1993, he released You Might Be a Redneck If …, which started the " You Might Be a Redneck " fad, topped the comedy album charts and sold more than three million copies.

Might and Power ( foaled 1993 ) is a New Zealand bred, Australian owned and trained Thoroughbred racehorse who was named Australian Horse of the Year in 1998 and 1999.
