Seven Founders -- George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison and John Jay -- determined the destinies of the new nation.

A contrast of the scripture reading of, let us say, St. Augustine, John Bunyan, and Thomas Jefferson, all three of whom found in such study a real source of enlightenment, can tell us a great deal about these three men and the age that each represented and helped bring to conscious expression.

John Maurice, Prince of Nassau-Siegen, conquered the Portuguese possessions of Saint George del Mina, Saint Thomas, and Luanda, Angola, on the west coast of Africa.

He stated that he acquired many of his writing techniques from three books, " Narrative Technique " by Thomas Uzzell, and " The Only Two Ways to Write a Story " plus " Twenty Problems of the Short-Story Writer ", both by John Gallishaw.

Some, such as John of Salisbury and William of Tyre say Eleanor's reputation was sullied by rumours of an affair with her uncle Raymond of Poitiers, Prince of Antioch.

He had a house built in 1770 at St John ’ s Hill, Edinburgh, overlooking Salisbury Crags.

However, the British weathered some of his vociferous talk and Dr. Banda gradually settled for a long slog by opening a medical surgery in Limbe where, to thank John Kadzamira ( one of the main organizers of the Harare NAC Branch ), Dr. Banda dutifully took in Cecilia Kadzamira ( a newly trained nurse from Salisbury Hospital ) as his first nursing staff member!

His contemporary John of Salisbury had many of the same teachers.

Many of them, including the Earl of Northumberland, Lords Clifford and Ros, and John Neville of Raby who represented a northern branch of the Neville family who had been eclipsed by the southern branch headed by the Earl of Salisbury, had estates and influence in the north.

This first group included Babington, Ballard, Chidiock Tichborne, Sir Thomas Salisbury, Robert Barnewell, John Savage and Henry Donn.

John of Salisbury is one of the first examples related by Richard Kieckhefer, but as a Parisian ecclesiastical court record of 1323 shows, a " group who were plotting to invoke the demon Berich from inside a circle made from strips of cat skin ," were obviously participating in the church ’ s definition of " necromancy ".
